The project is supported by the Direction de la santé et des affaires sociales (DSAS) and by the foundation Fribourg Coeur and it will let First Responders intervene in a faster and more optimized way to the alarms.
The foundation was founded in 2012 and it is aiming at improving the survival rate in case of cardiac arrest. The foundation trains first and lay responders, but also citizens, to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and it closely collaborates with the 144 dispatch center of the region.
