How does it work

When a critical or emergency event occurs, a telephone call to the 144 alarm center requests the intervention of a specific response group.

The central operator creates a request for intervention, by selecting and mobilizing only the groups capable of responding, and by sending to the emergency vehicles all the information necessary to fulfill the requested intervention.

A mobile app to save people's lives

Fondazione Ticino Cuore has chosen to adopt Momentum’s alarm management software to manage and alert the groups of volunteer’s rescuers engaged every day to help people suffering from sudden cardiac arrest. By using Momentum’s mobile app, the organization is in a position to quickly mobilize the first rescuers and to reach its objective: to increase the chances of survival for the people in the Canton Ticino.
