Momentum can be used anywhere in the world, both for the desktop and mobile versions. All you need is an internet connection on the devices you use.

Emergencies cannot be counted. But Momentum can manage several interventions simultaneously.

Is it possible to try Momentum free of charge?

Is it possible to use the same platform for more than one company?

Yes. All you need to do is provide us with the information required to manage several sites. 

How many emergency groups can I manage with Momentum?

There is no limit to the number of groups you can manage. 

How many areas can I manage with Momentum?

There is no limit to the number of areas you can manage. 

Do you have a user manual to help me when I have difficulties with the platform?

For each new customer, a link to the Momentum user manual is provided.

Do you have any training courses planned to learn how to use Momentum?

Yes, it is possible to organise training courses at the request of the customer to familiarise them with the Momentum platform and system. 

How many communication channels can be used to alert users?

All available channels: push notifications, calls, sms, e-mail, pager.

Can I integrate Momentum with other management software?

By means of Momentum’s API integration, any third-party software can be integrated.

How many and what types of mobile devices does Momentum support?

Momentum software supports iPhone, Android, Tablet and PC.

Does the Momentum app work anywhere in the world?

Yes, the Momentum app works everywhere.

What do I need to do to use the Momentum app?

There are two versions of the app: one version for accessing general information, such as public documents that you can download; another version where you are required to log in using credentials that will be provided by the organisation that owns the app.

How can I download the Momentum app?

You can download the Momentum app via your operating system’s store or via a QR code generated by the customer who owns the app.
